What help can you receive?

Therapy designed to meet your needs, on your terms.

At The Psych Canvas, we offer flexible, after-hours mental health support designed to fit into your life — not the other way around. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or simply looking for a space to reflect and grow, our services are created to meet you with understanding and care. We begin with a complimentary Meet & Greet — a brief, no-obligation chat to get to know each other and ensure we’re the right fit for your needs.

From there, clients can access a range of tailored support options, including a thorough Initial Assessment, regular Ongoing Psychological Support, focused Mini Check-Ins, and rejuvenating Outdoor Sessions that combine nature and therapy. Each service is described in more detail below, including pricing and what to expect from your time with us. So, please explore the services below and reach out if you have any questions.

Meet & Greet

[$Free - 15 minutes]

Our Meet & Greet session is a brief, 15-minute introduction designed to help you get to know us and ask any questions you may have. This free session gives you the opportunity to see if The Psych Canvas is the right fit for your therapy needs before committing to a full appointment. It’s a relaxed and informal space to discuss your goals and learn about our approach. No obligation.

Initial Assessment

[$220 - 80 minutes]

The Initial Assessment is an in-depth clinical diagnostic interview that helps us understand your background, current challenges, and mental health needs. During this 80-minute session, we gather important information about your history, symptoms, and goals to develop a personalised therapy plan. This comprehensive assessment lays the foundation for effective treatment tailored specifically to you.

Ongoing Sessions

[$200 - 50 minutes]

Ongoing Sessions are 50-minute therapy appointments focused on your personal growth and healing. These sessions provide a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings, work through challenges, and practice new skills. Together, we’ll build on your progress, adjust goals as needed, and support your journey toward greater wellbeing.

Mini Check-in

[$100 - 30 minutes]

Mini Check-Ins are shorter, 30-minute sessions designed for times when you need quick support or a brief touchpoint between regular appointments. These sessions can help you stay on track, process something timely, or check in on goals and progress. They’re also a great space to ask questions, reflect, or adjust your therapy plan as needed.

Outdoor Session

[$200 - 50 minutes]

Outdoor Sessions are 50-minute phone appointments designed to give you flexibility, comfort, and the option to incorporate movement or nature into your therapy. Whether you're walking, sitting in a park, or simply enjoying fresh air, these sessions can support mental wellbeing while also encouraging physical activity and connection to the outdoors. They offer the same focused support as traditional therapy, in a setting that may feel more grounding and freeing. For safety reasons, Outdoor Sessions are only available on Saturdays during daylight hours.
